The KJ who put the KARA in KARAOKE

Kara started singing on Grandma's 8-Track karaoke machine when she was just 2 years old.  She grew up with a love for music and entertaining.  For Kara, karaoke is a way to bring friends and family, co-workers and colleagues, and strangers together to have fun and create memories!  Her infectious energy makes karaoke fun for all and is the best choice to spice up your soiree and make it unforgettable.

Karaoke for a Cause

Kara stands apart from your every day KJ!  Singing karaoke really hits home. While Grandma introduced her to the art form she really developed that love for music through her Mom - it brought them closer.  So, when her Mom passed away from breast cancer it only seemed fitting to create a fundraiser raising money to beat the disease that took her life.

In 2007 Kara began producing an annual fundraiser, Karaoke for a Cause, raising awareness and much needed funding for breast cancer research. Organizations like the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer have benefited from Kara's efforts.

More than Karaoke?

When Kara isn’t hosting karaoke she can be found (or rather) heard singing with the Angel City Chorale in West Los Angeles and singing back up vocals for film scores.
